You can return the products you have purchased unconditionally within 14 days. The packaging of the products to be returned must be intact and have an invoice. For defective products, the shipping cost is covered by us; otherwise, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Please use only Aras cargo for returns; otherwise, the incoming packages will not be accepted by our return department. For accepted returns, the refund is made to the card account on the same day (refunds may vary depending on your bank's approval process).
